An important new step taken by Damascus Cham Holding Company is the establishment of “Damascus Cham Management One-Person Co. Ltd.”, the holding company owns all its shares to be the executive management entity of the holding company. The company will manage the regulated areas, their implementation as well the supervision of their implementation, make all the necessary contracts, create and manage citizen service centers, in addition to the implementation of infrastructure and alternative housing in the regulated areas, and the management of their electronic systems. The move will enable Damascus Cham Holding, wholly owned by the Damascus governorate, to strengthen its role as a backbone of the governmental sector that contributes to the upgrading of administrative and service work and achieves economic returns that contribute to the development of Damascus. Damascus Cham Holding Company will also work through its fully owned companies to make a qualitative leap in the mechanism of providing services using the latest means and technologies without posing any additional burdens on the public treasury.
