It started its construction of seven residential buildings in Marota City as part of its plans. This important step taken by Damascus Aman comes as a result of the successful strategic partnership that was built with Damascus Cham Holding Company where the Damascus Cham Holding Company holds 49% of the project and Aman Holding 51%. The professionalism in which Damascus Cham Holding is practicing in choosing its strategic partners who are capable of achieving its objectives in providing solutions for the development of the city of Damascus and its services was evident in the engineering designs in the Marota City project. The design of Damascus Aman Towers is considered one of the most important and beautiful designs in the project that will enhance the success of the strategic partnership between the two parties. The strategic partnership between Damascus Cham Holding and Aman Damascus also includes one of the most important projects in Marota City, the three landmark towers with a height of 50-60-70 floors. This project will create a milestone in Damascus and is currently under design and study. The investment incentives of Damascus Cham Holding make it one of the largest investment gateways for the most important local and international companies, especially in the field of modern construction and service development of the city of Damascus.
With the help of Allah, on Wednesday 27/09/2017 the additional contract between Damascus Cham Holding, Aman Holding Company and Aman Damascus Private Joint Stock Company was signed. In order to build and invest three towers with an area of approximately two hundred thousand square meters in addition to five residential plots according to modern urban construction with a total space up to forty-three thousand square meters. Moreover, a tower floor height of (70 -50) floors will form one of the most important cultural landmarks of Damascus and a milestone in the urban landscape of the city. These large projects are included in Marota City in the heart of the capital Damascus. They are characterized by their location close to all the supplies and services that may be needed by the inhabitants and workers. They will form a model of modern society since the project is located in a vital location that provides easy access to and from all major commercial, cultural and government centers in Damascus. The project employs in its designs creative urban development and green building technologies to ensure sustainability, while also adhering to safety and public safety standards. Both parties signed the contract: On behalf of Damascus Cham Holding Company was the Chairman Dr. Bishr Al-Sabban, on behalf of Aman Holding Company Chairman Samer Al-Fouz, on behalf of Aman Damascus Private Joint Stock Company Mr. Bashar Assi with the presence of Damascus Cham Holding Company CEO Mr. Nasooh Nabulsi with a number of senior executives and consultants for both parties. And this is part of the important steps taken by Damascus Cham Holding Company and Aman Damascus Company concerning the reconstruction of our beloved country.
